Acreage

The 9,653 acre River Valley Ranch is approximately comprised of 7,493 deeded acres, 1,296 Bureau of Land Management (BLM) acres and 864 state of Montana acres.  The ranch has 380 +/- acres under pivot irrigation for hay production with an additional 250 +/- acres of pasture under flood irrigation. 

There are four distinct sections of the River Valley Ranch which are referred to by the names of their previous owners.  These sections of the ranch are "The Fitter Place," "The Moss Place," "The Taft Place," and "Halligan Hills."
